Juliana Ghiotto
President
Graduated in Design; though, it was in the area of tourism and hospitality that she found her vocation. Since 2006 she has been participating in creating and developing the concept and projects of the Hotels & Villas of The Barracuda Group, whose values are aligned with ESG (Environmental Social Governance) principles. She is the founder of IYI. "To create, cycling, seeking new experiences, getting to know places and people together with her family, are activities I most enjoy in life."
Neila Farias
Executive Director
Biologist, with over 20 years of experience in projects and topics related to entrepreneurship and innovation in non-governmental organisations in different regions of Brazil. She has been living in Itacaré since 2019 and helped to structure the Yandê Itacaré Institute. Currently responsible for project management, she loves travelling and spending time with her family and friends in nature. She loves animals, both domestic and wild, and her main hobby is to take care of them.
Beibianne Souza
Financial Management & Administration
Accountant with experience in financial management and operational systems. Born and raised in Itacaré, she currently organizes and supervises the financial execution and administrative flows of the institute and incubated projects. She is a pet mum, loves to travel and enjoys the beach. She uses her creativity in sewing.
Joice Bacelar
Social Communication
Pedagogue, with experience in digital media, human resources, and sales. Volunteer in socio-environmental initiatives. She has been living in Itacaré since 2021 and currently manages social networks, participates in educational activities and monitors IYI’s product line. When she is off, she loves being with her family, appreciates arts in all its ways. She loves sports, she was a ballet dancer and is now a surfer.
Willian Mixtura
Operations
Designer, stylist, and entrepreneur since 2009. He brings experience in cinematographics and was a mentor in the creation of a collaborative house for entrepreneurs. Living in Itacaré since 2021, he participates as a volunteer in social and sports events. He is responsible for the audiovisual productions and coordination of the projects developed by IYI. In his free time, he goes surfing and skateboarding and has a DO IT YOURSELF lifestyle.
